What room prices do you offer?

You can choose between:

Best price & condition: Overnight without breakfast and with the best cancellation condition.

Early bird: Book early and save 10 percent. Requires booking seven days before arrival. The total amount is debited from your credit card at the time of booking; the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.

Stay 4 consecutive nights & save 15 percent: The total amount is debited from your credit card at the time of booking; the booking cannot be cancelled or changed.

Do you offer free WLAN?

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs 3,95 EUR per hour and for two hours 4,95 EUR.
The Internet terminal in the lobby available free of charge.

At what time do you serve breakfast and how much is it?

Mondays – Sundays and national holidays 6.30 a. m. – 10.00 a. m.

Food allergies or alternative diets can be considered if mentioned beforehand.

If you have booked a room without breakfast or want to invite another person for breakfast, we charge 10.00 EUR per person.

What is the earliest time to move into my room and at what time do I have to check out?

You can move into your room after 3 o’clock p. m. on the day of your arrival.
Please check out until 11 o’clock a. m. on the day of your departure.

Do you offer parking spaces?

We have an underground car park that can be used for 5,00 EUR per car and night. The parking spaces cannot be reserved due to low availability.

How do I reach the hotel with public transport and how much are the tickets?

What do I need to know if I wish to depart later?

It is possible to stay in your room longer than usual, but only after consultation with our receptionists. Please note that additional costs arise:

20.00 EUR extra charge per room if you stay until 1 p. m., until 4 p. m. there is an extra charge of 50.00 EUR per room.
If you wish to stay longer than 4 p. m., you will be charged with the full amount of a further night.

Can I put down my suitcase?

Yes, it is possible to put down your luggage for free.

How long is the reception area staffed?

Reception is open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. (check-in after 10:30 p.m. is via the check-in machine)

Do you allow pets?

We welcome dogs and small pets after consultation with our receptionists. We charge extra 15.00 EUR for a single final cleaning.

How long is the restaurant open?

Mondays - Saturday 6pm – 11.00pm (Our kitchen is open till 10.30 p.m.) Food allergies or alternative diets can be considered if mentioned beforehand.

Which shops are in the near of the hotel?

Within 1.5 km there is a gas station, a shooping mall and a supermarket.
